If I eat a lot for dinner, the next morning I will weight a little bit more?
Hello, I have a simple question. If I eat a lot at dinner, the next morning will my weight be different?
I ate a lot last night because it was a special occasion. I haven’t gone to the bathroom yet (sorry for the details) but I am usually 106.92 and this morning I am 108.2. Thanks
A lot of this has to do with food weight and water weight leftover. (I freak out too, it’s normal! 
)
Weigh yourself after you’ve gone to the bathroom (both #1 and #2) to weigh yourself.
Scientifically, you’d have to eat 7,000 calories over what your body already burns to gain 2 pounds of fat. That’s like eating 13 big macs in one day! I think it’s highly unlikely you ate this much. Do not worry. Just drink lots of water, watch your sodium intake and eat foods high in fiber but low in simple carbs and sugars.
